Childhood Classes
All age requirements are based on age as of 9/1/23.
Registration for Showcase classes (PreK Dance, Kids Dance) closes on 2/15/24.
Registration is open year-round for non-Showcase classes (Baby Dance, Toddler Dance, Preschool Dance, Preschool Acro, PreK/Kids Acro).
We offer session options for Baby Dance and Toddler Dance (Winter Session: 1/8/24-3/31/24, Spring Session: 4/1/24-6/17/23).

Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Musical Theater Dance, Acro, Afro-Caribbean, Breakdancing, Dancehall, What’s Trending, Salsa, West African, Performance Groups: Mini Crew (Hip Hop), Mini Company (Contemporary), Junior Company (Contemporary), Junior Crew (Hip Hop)

Teen Classes (Registration closed)
Style Offerings
Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz Styles & Technique, Conditioning, Performance Groups: Senior Company (Contemporary), Senior Crew (Hip Hop)
Open-Level Teen I/II/III classes are designed for all dancers ages 12+, regardless of their experience level/dance background
Teen I/II classes are designed for beginner dancers ages 12+ with little-to-no prior experience in the style AND intermediate dancers ages 12+ who have prior experience in the style, whether at Urbanity or elsewhere
Teen II/III classes are designed for intermediate dancers ages 12+ who have prior experience in the style AND advanced dancers ages 12+ with significant experience in the style

Tuition
Tuition Fees for Baby & Toddler Session Classes
Winter Session (11 40-minute classes): $253
Spring Session (10 40-minute classes): $230
Tuition Fees for Youth Year-Round Classes
36 40- or 55-Minute Classes: $1,000
36 70-Minute Classes: $1,160

Additional Fees
Registration Fee: $40 per student per registration session (non-refundable)
Costume Fee:$30 per student for the year for youth students who participant in Showcase
Discounts & Scholarships
Pay-in-Full Discount: 3% tuition discount when you pay for the full year of dance classes in full at the time of registration
Sibling Discount: 5% tuition discount
Multi-class Discount: 5% off of second class, 10% off of third and fourth classes, 20% off of fifth+ classes
