Spruce Up Day

July 2, 8:30-12:30pm

Part of what makes Urbanity's spaces special is that we honor the collective care that we invest as a community, to keep this civic space clean, safe, joyful, and functional.

We are grateful to everyone who has come together over past years to help us maintain this vision of collective care.

This year on our annual Spruce Up Day, we are calling community members... dancers, parents, staff, faculty, donors, board, neighbors... as we aim to organize, declutter, paint, deep-clean, and install new equipment. We have a special need for anyone who may be good with tools and also those good with tech needs, like connecting studio cameras to lobby televisions for in-studio viewing. All ages and abilities are welcome, and we aim to have a good time while volunteering towards this vision!

All volunteers will meet at UDHQ (1180 Washington St #100) for coffee/meet and greet 8:30am-9am, and then we'll divide and conquer cleaning/painting/repairing at all three studios.
