Lili Fleming

Lili Fleming is a higher education development professional with experience leveraging strategic philanthropy to support purpose-driven institutions. Working at the intersection of advancement, relationship-building, and business strategy, Lili helps organizations secure the resources needed to drive their mission forward.

Lili’s relationship with Urbanity Dance spans nearly every level of the organization, first joining as a marketing intern and work-study student, transitioning into administrative roles, and performing as an Urbanity 2 company member before joining the Board of Directors. She holds an MBA as well as undergraduate degrees in Management (Finance concentration) and Communication with a minor in Dance, all from Boston College.
