Bio: Amber Mehta (she/her) is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2023. She now continues to pursue her career as a professional dancer while sharing her passion for dance through performing, teaching and choreography.

Amber specializes in teaching hip hop, contemporary, jazz and heels to students of all ages and experience levels, creating classes that are challenging, supportive and foster curiosity. Over the past two years, she has served as the lead instructor and choreographer for the Junior and Mini Crews at Urbanity in addition to a variety of technique classes.

Outside the studio, Amber performs professionally as a member of the Maine Hype Team for Celtics Entertainment. Her choreography has also been featured through Mandala Arts in Chicago as part of their 10th Anniversary Celebration, Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow. Amber is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive environment where every dancer feels supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.
