Brenna Robinson graduated from Dean College with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. She trained in various styles (contemporary, modern, ballet, jazz, and theater); casted and performed in shows; and worked closely with choreographers like Kristina Berger, William Evans, Rose Pasquarello Beauchamp; and Julianne O’Brien Pedersen. Continuing her studies, she went to Broadway Dance Center. Under their Summer Professional Semester, she concentrated in jazz and contemporary; furthered her training and artistry; and performed in works by Derek Mitchell and Zanza Steinberg. Brenna’s currently in her second season with Urbanity Dance working with choreographers like Betsi Graves, Camille A. Brown, Doug Varone, Andy Noble, and more. Going forward, she’s interested in the potential of new movement and how improvisation and communication connects.
